Greetings friends and neighbors', the Freeport Fire-EMS annual ambulance subscription drive is underway, and the period runs July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024. To those of you that have supported us over the years and continue to do so, thank you! For anyone new to our area, welcome! We hope you love it here as much as we do. If you are not currently a member, we encourage and invite you to join today. We are proud to serve the municipalities in our area with the highest quality emergency medical services available. Our crews are staffed for emergencies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with highly trained EMTs, Advanced EMTs, Paramedics, and Prehospital RNs. We also provide emergency and non-emergent medically necessary transports. While our resources are significant, they are not without limit. For that reason, when we are not available for response, we have mutual aid agreements with all surrounding ambulance services to ensure our residents receive quality care when we are already committed to other responses.
Your subscription will provide you and your family (and/or employees for businesses) with assistance with out-of-pocket medical expenses at the time you need it most.
So, What Are the Benefits?
Your subscription will provide you and your family (and/or employees for businesses) with assistance with out-of-pocket medical expenses at the time you need it most.
* Members will receive a 25% discount on any out of pocket expenses for ambulance treatment and transport.
* Lifting assistance, not requiring transport, will be provided up to 3 times per membership cycle at no charge.
* Ambulance subscription is an allowable benefit under most RSA and FSA plans.
* Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the federal government has permitted tax credits/deductions to anyone donating to a non-profit emergency service. Subscriptions are NOT tax deductible. Please check with your tax professional.
Subscribers are responsible for any co-pays set by their respective insurance carriers. Please take a moment to complete your subscription via credit card, RSA, or FSA card online at www.freeportems.com You may also complete the enclosed card and return with a check or money order via US mail. If returning by mail, please include email address for your receipt.

What Is the Cost?
* Individual Subscription--$60.00
* Family (must reside at the covered residence and be listed on the subscription)--$100.00
* Small Business (1-100 employees, medical only, non-work comp)--$250.00
* Large Business (101+ employees, medical only, non-work comp)--$500.00
Freeport EMS reserves the right to bill any 3rd party insurance carriers for actual services provided. Subscribers are responsible for any co-pays set by their respective insurance carriers.
